What I’m seeing is: The web app works fine on desktop but shows unnecessary ads when viewed on mobile. I am not using any ad service of any sort.

I did, the ads are still there.

We’re also not using any ad service of any sort on your website. And we’re definitely not restricting ads to certain device types.
If I had to guess, I would say there is some kind of malware on your phone or your phone’s network. Can you try to connect your phone to a different network (e.g. the WiFi of your desktop), or check the website on a different mobile phone?
