I’m sorry, but you cannot edit database privileges on free hosting accounts.

On premium hosting, you can restrict access for individual users through cPanel. However, settings permissions through SQL commands requires root access to the database server, which is only available if you own the entire database server. The best way to get that is by getting a VPS.
