Your domain is not yet pointing to ns1 epizy com and ns2 epizy com. Change your nameservers at your domain registrar and wait a few hours. You can also create an account with a subdomain first.

Maybe you want to tell us which set of Nameservers is right? Or update the error message. Yeah, a little sarcasm because you guys have the doc one way, and an error message the other. But a little sarcasm goes a long way!
