No add new button to install plugins in wordpress

I can’t find the add new button to install new plugins in wordpress. I tried re-installing of wordpress two times to reslove the issue. But not succeed. Please help.

Welcome, screenshot of what you did and encountered may be more helpful.

5.5.3 and 5.6 do not run well with plugins (my own experience) so you may want to try 5.4.4

Thanks for your kind reply. There is no error but I can’t add new plugins.

Could you try to view the page on a desktop, or maybe tick the Request Desktop Page in your phone browser’s settings? The page layout seems to be a bit mangled and I can see some content is already partially out of view. Maybe the Add Plugin button is a victim of that too.
