I’m quite sure that this is a code issue, not a hosting issue, so I can’t really help you with this.
Please make sure there aren’t any other files in your project which also declare a class User, and that the file isn’t being include/require-d more than once (the require_once and include_once directives are really useful for this).
yes its that itself include is not working but require does i got it on that day itself and sorry for the delay to post solution.
