You can download backups through phpMyAdmin. If you’re unable to access phpMyAdmin, that’s an issue.
But I just tried to access phpMyAdmin for your database and didn’t get any problems in doing so. Can you please clear your browser cookies and try again (or try to open phpMyAdmin in private browsing mode).
I have same problem.
Clear the cache and cookies from your browser or use 1.1.1.1 if you have problems accessing your database at phpMyAdmin.
