phpmyadmin is not opening when i click on the admin button on the mysql databases page. Also when i try logging into my website, it says connection timed out. Is the database server not working?
The database server is working, but maybe the website server is being DDoSed. Try to move your domain to another hosting account here on InfinityFree where the IP is working.

i have tried clearing my cookies but still it is opening. same error msg is displayed
