Question 1: I am not able to log into my CPanel using the username and password generated. How can I access this? Is my account not active yet?
Question 2: how can i change my username and password and save it so I don’t have to use the generated ones?

In the future, please create public topics, and don’t PM someone for personal support.
You account status is displayed in the client area, as well as a button that says “Control Panel”. What happens if you click that button?
You cannot change the username, it is set by the system. The password can be changed by clicking the “Edit Account” button.
