Hello, I have questions about PHP configuration.

Can I create a user.ini file or something like that?

phpinfo() returns local and master values.
As far as I know, the master value is specified in the php.ini file and the local value can be specified in your user.ini

PHP info always shows a master value and a local value. And in this case, both the master values and local values are controlled by the server. You cannot change PHP options on free hosting, that’s a premium only feature.
