Sadly, the graphs only provide a rough approximation of your resource usage. The counters used to determine your resource usage are maintained differently.

For example, if your usage started to increase at the end of yesterday and rose through the start of today, that would cause your site to be suspended during the day but before today’s usage is summarized and plotted.

So the “bug” is not really a “bug” as much as it’s a bit of a design flaw in the resource usage graphs.
