Can you please follow the template and provide a domain? Also, is the “panel” folder within the “htdocs” folder?
This can happen if the URL you’re trying to add gets caught in a security filter.
Can you share what is the URL you’re trying to redirect to?
Alternatively, you can just add it by hand using .htaccess rules. Simply open the file called .htaccess in your htdocs folder and add a line like this:
Redirect / http://example.com/your-target-url
