Roundcube mail

I am not able to login in the my roundcube mail account.Everytime it display alert message saying that your login failed.I tried changing my password but issue continue.Infinityfree says that you have to upgrade your account.Help me out .How can i access my roundcube mail account???

Hi,I think InfinityFree has disabled your mail account. I got confirmation from InfinityFree that free email feature has been disabled. That is why you cannot login I think.

This is what I see when I go to cpanel Email Accounts, I believe @LaravelUser123 is correct, it’s disabled. See screenshot/snip below.
