@Admin please i need help i want to update my wordpress but anytime i run the backup this error comes up : Folder /home/vol13_8/epizy.com/epiz_26288603/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-78dbee-logs is not in open basedir, please use another folder

please what should i do?

No need to directly tag admin, You cannot ping/notify admin, Plus there are a lot of people to help.

Also, open_basedir is to restrict you to your home directry /home/vol00_0/epizy.com/[user] (Where 00_0 is a number), Which seems to be blocking you, are you sure that this is your home directry and correct folder location?

Also, Don’t use Wordpress backup plugins, they don’t work, it’s best to do it manually
