and also I updated the following link content, How to force all traffic to HTTPS, in .htaccess file
but it is still not working on https protocol getting connection not secure message please help me
Are you using cloudflare? Btw, no info = no help.

Then why would you go with self-signed? The ssl tool shows the features of each provider, and for self-signed, it is mentioned (best for cloudflare). So you can now either request an ssl for gogetssl/letsencrypt/zerossl or use cloudflare.
