Dear Ma’am/Sir,

  1. Where and how can I find the sender address under my own domain.
  2. I’m thinking of changing it from Admin@ to Myname@ would it be possible? If yes, then how/

A sender address “under your own domain” typically means: anything you want, then an @ sign, then your own domain name. So you can do admin@example.com, joe@example.com, hey-look-its-an-email-address@example.com or whatever you want (where example.com should be your own domain name, of course).
