The IP address your website is hosted on seems to be nullrouted. There are various reasons why this could happen, but very often it’s caused by a DDoS attack on the particular IP address.

Comparing free hosting and premium hosting is comparing apples and oranges. There are very, very, very few similarities between the services, which is why a plan comparison is so misleading.

Also, 250 GB bandwidth and 20 hosted domains is already much more than most people need. It’s the server power and hits where people tend to hit the limits.

I don’t fully understand why the limits on iFastNet’s Super Premium plan is still so high. But I have to remind you: we don’t own or control iFastNet so we cannot control their service or plans.
