On this domain I’ve been trying to install Wordpress using Softaculous. However, I get this error:

What does Error number 20 mean and how do I fix this so I can install Wordpress?
Could you try to logout your account and login back?
Then just navigate to Softaculous again.
I’ve tried that and it didn’t work. It is still down.
it’s down. regardless of being logged out or not.
Admin can access your account as you but not reset softaculous becuase is not managed by him.

Oh, I guess I’m stuck then.
You can try to install wordpress manually by downloading the zip from wordpress.org. This is the only suggestion I can give you since softaculous is not working for you

Softaculous stores some data into your account’s home folder (like the .cpanel, .softaculous, etc. files). Some of those seemed to be corrupted, which is likely what caused Softaculous to crash.
I’ve removed those files from your account now, so Softaculous should be as good as new now (while leaving your websites fully in tact).
Note that any previous installations managed through Softaculous may be gone now. But you should be able to import those into Softaculous again.
