Softaculous MySQL error

When trying to install a copy of Feng Office via Softaculous, it gives me this error:

Upon a bit of Googling, it might seem I have to update MySQL or something like that…?

What should I try?

The app you are trying to install is heavy or is not compatible with the free hosting servers.

Concrete5 is one of the Softaculous app that is not supported on the free hosting servers and shows an exact error like your screenshot.
