hi all, from my control panel i click on softaculous app installer icon bat i get
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
why?
My first guess is that the ports of Softaculous are blocked on your internet connection. Can you please try to open this cPanel demo? If it shows the same error, it means the port is blocked on your network.
