Solution work 100 % ftpupload.net when don´t conect to ftp. Recent

Hello.
i got this error when i was try to upload my website : Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server , via FTP filezilla flashfxp etc .

the solution is :
FIRST:
Go to the website https://app.infinityfree.net and select your domain and click on 3 edit account button

SECOND:
Click on hosting account password and change it

Do not use the same password of infinytifree and only use words and numbers

FINAL:
In the ftp client put the info with the new password

Can you please upload the image to this forum rather than use the image sharing site? That image is so small I’m unable to see anything on it.
