My website style are not appearing when I open my site on phone. I am using Chrome. The site works properly on desktop browsers. However when I open it on a pc, first the styles don’t work for the couple of minutes and then loads back to normal after refreshing it several times.
As i said before. Other wise this trouble will continue.

you miss the js folder with all the JS scripts in it
this is probably why your browser stops rendering the website and you see it differently than we do
re-upload missing files !
all this just doesn’t exist
In addition, as @anon19508339 stated - delete the cache
