Hello Sir/Madam, First I want to know one thing that I can’t find public_html in my Cpanel.
Why I want that folder is I want to upload SSL files from sslforfree.com website.
Can you please help me in this or tell me if there is any such alternative for that public_html folder.

Here it’s name is htdocs not public_html and you can easily find it by going into file manager
What @ayugarg said is right, but note that SSL certificates are not uploaded through a file manager. SSL certs are installed through the SSL/TLS section in your control panel.
Also, note a specific caveat with Let’s Encrypt / sslforfree.com: https://infinityfree.net/support/cannot-use-or-have-problems-using-lets-encrypt-or-sslforfreecom
