I did so, I generated a new private key and CSR. I provided CSR to the company with domain and SSL, I had to confirm SSL with my email. I received the certifacte which I entered and I pressed the update certifate and it does not work.
I’m sorry, but what do you mean by “it does not work”. Can you please describe what you see? And if you see an error message, can you please copy-paste it as you see it, or share a screenshot of it?
