I created a new ssl certificate (from infinityfree) and followed the instructions. He asked me to add a cname record from cpanel and I entered cpanel to add it. I wrote the records and clicked the add button, but nothing happened so I went to freenom and tried to add it from there, but it asked me to switch the room nameservers to default. can you help me.

Please dont do that. Your first option was correct. You just need some time for the DNS records (cName) to be propagated worldwide.

As i scanned your website’s DNS records, i have found out that you used other nameservers. Please remove those and only use ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com.
Thats why you are experiencing this issue. After doing above, you have to wait for some time again.
