I’m installing the ssl certificate but what I did on 05/06/2022 is still pending and today I redid it again and so far nothing, could anyone help me?
As you can see on the SSL certificate page, your certificate is not yet available because you haven’t setup the required CNAME record yet:
I checked your control panel and there are no CNAME records there.

I went to the control panel and registered this information, even so it is still pending and it shows that it has no cname
and there in the panel in the configuration nothing appears, besides configuring a new
“Note that DNS changes can take a few hours to take effect”
