Still cannot delete domain folders

Sorry, but still cannot delete domain folders from my hosting root category.
No action takes effect. The server system says these folder can’t be deleted as they may be not empty. But they are really empty, I deleted all files inside them by ftp. When trying to change permissions, the server returns that:

Unable to execute site command chmod 0777 /wonder. Note that the CHMOD command is only available on Unix FTP servers, not on Windows FTP servers.

I renamed all folders that I need to delete to

DELETE
DELETE_1
DELETE_2
DELETE_3
DELETE_4

Dear Infinityfree Administrator, please, delete all these folders, if it’s possible.
