Recently we created a sub domain called m.techendling.com We got it to redirect all mobile users to that sub domain (using JavaScript). We decided this wasn’t the best way so we deleted the sub domain (via the control panel). We also deleted the JavaScript code that redirects you to the mobile site. When you visit techendling.com on an apple phone or tablet it try’s to redirect you to m.techendling.com (when there isn’t one). But on a android phone or tablet it doesn’t redirect.

That sounds like a browser cache issue, or an issue with your website code. Javascript code is executed in the browser anyways, so server configuration doesn’t affect that.
I would be happy to check it myself, but I don’t have any Apple devices.
