Subdomains are wont delete

Hello everyone can some one help to slove my problem i think one one person can help me this person is admin.

So lets begin my website subdomains are wont deleted I tried online file manager or ftp software but nothing happends 503 error appears and yes first i deleted my domains from my cpanel but files are remain with htdocs

550 Can’t remove directory: Permission denied

my links are:

deneme(.)mustafa.epizy(.)com
docs(.)mustafa.epizy(.)com
file(.)mustafa.epizy(.)com
fileupload(.)mustafa.epizy(.)com

I couldnt delete those files so my inode counter has increased

The subdomains folders are created by the root user, with the permission to delete files set to him, so you can’t delete the folders. You can start over creating a new account if you want to delete the subdomain folders.
