What do you mean about not working exactly?
Also it takes time for support staff to review your ticket and reply back to you.
Why you not have more patience?
The support team is working today. I just saw them respond to a ticket minutes ago. Some tickets get answer sooner than others, depending on how clear the situation is. So some tickets can take a bit longer to be handled.
