So what does the client area tell you is the way to get your account reactivated?
It says to submit a ticket. Which I see you did, which resulted in the account being reactivated in less than an hour after it was suspended.
So next time, if the client area says to submit a ticket, please only submit a ticket. This is a community support forum, posting here won’t help.
