Switched from 000webhost - cannot upload to server

Switched from 000webhost because support is quite impossible.
I want to upload my new files to noteablemusic.co.uk
I’ve entered the FTP details into Infinity (epiz-username, password, hostname, FTP Port).
Cannot connect to server.
I would be grateful for your assistance.
I am elderly but still enjoy updating my music/story website.

also try file manager in client area

could you please share the connection logs of your FTP client (fileZilla) ?
