My domain registrar has already pointed the nameserver but i still receive the following message while trying to add new domain.
"Your domain is not yet pointing to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com. Change your nameservers at your domain registrar and wait a few hours. You can also create an account with a subdomain first."
How many hours have elapsed since you “modified” NS?
I see only CNAME for www and it leads to ns1.epizy.com
its been more than 48 hours i have modified the dns from my domain registrar
naween.com.np. 86400 IN NS ns1.afraid.org.

Your domain’s nameservers are still pointing to afraid.org.
Please contact your domain registrar about this issue. This is either a configuration issue of your domain name, or a technical issue on their end causing the nameserver settings to not be processed properly. Either way, there is not much we can do from here, except for checking whether the issue is fixed or not. Which it doesn’t seem to be.
