Softaculous itself seems to be working fine from here now. Do you still experience this problem?
If so, then it’s possible that the ports used for Softaculous (port 2082) is blocked on your network.
Can you please check if you can open http://sv62.ifastnet11.org:2082 If you see a login page, that means the port is blocked. If you see the same timeout error there, it means the port is blocked on your network. If so, you may need to ask your network administrator to remove the block, or use a proxy or VPN to bypass the port restrictions.
