Unable to login into FTP Server

I am unable to connect to the FTP Server using any FTP Server tools. Whenever I try to connect, I’m getting an incorrect password in filemanager.ai even after logging into the FTP Service using Login to your account - InfinityFree. When used a difference service, the connection times out

Any idea how to resolve this?

By how much time it may be resolved? I am not able to connect to FTP, CPanel and MYSql database as well.
