I have seven subdomains located at my hosting root that I need to have removed.
Subdomain directories are unremovable. But if you’re not using them, you can left their directories empty instead.

This may also be an unrelated question, but I’m unable to create a subdomain that is based on a subdomain I have made. Is there a wait time between CPanel recognising the new subdomain or is there another issue?
You need to remove them first otherwise it’ll say “that domain is already used”

I am a bit confused. Are you trying to make a domain like this: subdomain.subdomain.domain.com?

The domain list is fetched when the page loads, so if you’ve added the domain, it should be in the list.
However, subdomains of subdomains are not supported. Due to a bug, they can be made for the subdomain you use when setting up an account, but that’s not how it’s supposed to work.
