Hello, I bought a month for Ifastnet, but the thing is, I don’t know how to create a ticket support to help me migrate my website to that hosting. I hope you help me please.

You can contact them at support.ifastnet.com, you will need to register an account first and then login and there you should be able to create a support ticket.
Ask them to migrate/transfer your site for you, of course you will need to provide them your InfinityFree login credentials so that they are able to access your site files and folders that you want to transfer.
