Will upgrading to xvhost automatically migrate my existing free hosting data? ( web site source, files, database-data…)

No, XVHOST and InfinityFree are completely separate from a technical perspective. Any websites which should be moved have to be moved manually. The XVHOST staff can help you with that though.

So I wonder if there is a cpu and inode limitation in the ultimate premium hosting plan.
