JSON files are not blocked. Are you uploading it to a htdocs folder? How big is the JSON file?

i created a new folder and the size is just 150 Octets

i mouved the new folder in htdocs and it works
is there any problem in accessing this file from android mobile?

If you’re opening it through a browser, no. If you’re trying to access it as an API through a mobile app or including it in a separate website, then it’s not going to work. That kind of usage is not supported on free hosting.
