Maybe try uploading the file via FTP? I don’t know, as I’ve never used MediaWiki before. Additionally, a help link is provided, so why don’t you follow it?
The best and most reliable way to upload files is to use FTP. To upload files with FTP, you will need to following:
Your FTP username
Your FTP password
The FTP hostname
An FTP client
You can find your FTP username, password and hostname in the client area under the FTP Details section. The FTP password is the same as your hosting account and control panel password, which is different from the password for the client area. I checked your account and I see you’re VERY much over your account inode quota. Because of this, you cannot create or upload new files on your account.
One of the limits in the control panel is the inode limit. What is it, and what happens when you reach it?
You will need to delete many files and directories from your account if you want to upload new content.
