I have a .com domain and i successfully create a subdomain for my .com domain but i alredy use cloudflare and i learn that when i rename my nameservers to cloudflare the subdomain stop working soo what will i do (i should use cloudflare)
and a question once i rename my nameservers to cloudflare can it stop workig when i rename them to epizy?
If your using Cloudflare, all DNS management has to be done on there. This includes if you create a subdomain, you must manually add the DNS record.

how will i do that
Create a new DNS record in Cloudflare, same type and destination as your base domain, but in the Record Name field enter the subdomain.
It’s quite simple.
