My site was suspended for to much traffic for a free site. I just upgraded to a premium . How long until it is up and running?

You’ll have to contact iFastNet for that and also please ask them to migrate/transfer your site for you to the premium servers so that you don’t have to do all this hassle of migrating your website. Also migration request is absolutely free!

How long does it normally take them? It has been down for 10 plus hours now
You still need to contact them and give them your InfinityFree account details for them to set up your new premium site and to migrate it.
