My account epiz_29427534 was suspended the 7th of September. I only have text files on my websites and do not use any databases so I do not see how I can have used up to much resources. Anyway I responded by creating at support ticket the 13th: #772456. How long is support’s estimated response time for these types of concerns? Since nearly half of the time until the account will be deleted if I do not take action I am starting to feel a little uncomfortable.
Is a week or so long a response time out of the ordinary?
