Website takes long time to load in?

My website URL is:

What I’m seeing is:
I see a white screen in 30-120 sec before the website load in. How to make it load in faster? (Tho this is only the first time of the day I open it!) second time works fine.

I’m using this software:
Wordprees

For me it loads in 4 seconds the first time. Sometimes the iFastNet Free Hosting IPs are causing some softwares like WordPress to load slower than normal.

@Ergastolator1 yea some times it goes really fast sometimes not…
