hi to all im having problems with my website i have created many websites ect but when i try to download a file from my website it downloads but when you click the link it comes with what is going to be download and starts then fails like 3seconds later and the download speed isnt very fast

Please give us a URL of website
as well as a URL for a particular file

as far as speed is concerned (if it is mp3 or video file)
server uses bandwidth throttling to actively limit the user’s upload and download rates on programs such as video streaming and other file sharing stuff

it trys to download it at 125kbs aye this site said its 1 in world fastest web hosting well if its 125kbs then what does that explain then

The file is huge and should have been deleted by the server

Infinityfree is a website hosting not a file sharing platform
for such files you can use gdrive

The speed of a website is not exclusively controlled by bandwidth to the outside. Fast code execution, fast database queries and fast storage probably do more to speed up a website than excessive bandwidth.

I’d be happy to check the issue as well, but I can’t do so if you deactivate your account before giving me the chance.
