Just to let you know:
You must upload all your files in the htdocs folder.

I suspect you didn’t upload the file to your website. You deleted your website and created some directories. The directories will not contain any files, because files uploaded outside a website are automatically deleted.

You should create a new folder with the name htdocs and upload your website files to that folder.
