Why isnt the subdomain working?

So basically, I am trying to make a subdomain with my website charliebrooks.co.uk.
But its not appearing and when I try to load onto the website it says “related searches” and more. Why?

http://charliebrooks.co.uk/ is working for me!

Please mention subdomain name also so that we can check!
You should upload your files in subdomain htdocs folder also.
keep this in mind!

Hello @Charlie12,
The client area clearly states that the website will take up to 72 hours to come up online. So just have patience!

Make sure the correct A or CNAME record is added for the sub-subdomain

It looks like you haven’t added a DNS record for surprise.charliebrooks.co.uk yet. Please login to to Cloudflare, and add a DNS record similar to the one for the www subdomain.

After that, it can still take up to 72 hours for the page to be visible due to DNS caching.

so its working but it says this

https://surprise.charliebrooks.co.uk/

You have two options to fix that:

  1. Get an SSL certificate for your subdomain (recommended)
  2. Switch your Cloudflare SLL to Flexible.

If you want to use Cloudflare “Full (Strict)” then you will need a certificate from a trusted provider (eg. GoGetSSL, Let’s Encrypt)

If you wish to use the Full setting, you can just order a Self Signed SSL certificate from InfinityFree.

Ok, then you need a Self signed certificate from any provider. I recommend the one from InfinityFree. Login to your account - InfinityFree
