Woocommerce Failed Install - Brand New (100% Vanilla Installation of Wordpress)

On a 100% vanilla fresh install of Wordpress, I tried to install WooCommerce
the Plugin, and it fails. Please help. This is for https://HardSalt.com. Everything
is default/plain.

After finally getting my Domain Name working with CloudFlare Manager
and testing with a custom index.html file to ensure errors were gone by
visiting https://HardSalt.com and seeing it update the site to show the new index.html
file, I then freshly installed Wordpress with default settings. The very next thing
I did was go to Add Plugin, and Search for Woocommerce. I clicked
“Install Now”. When I pressed it spinned for a while, then said the following:
“Install Failed!” where the Install Now button was. At the top of Wordpress
it gave the following echo’d error:
“Installation failed: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

Try downloading at WooCommerce – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org
Then upload via ftp (filezilla) into /wp-plugin
Also, send me the More details content under Update Failed! button

Nothing showed up at my inbox at Gmail, the Admin Email listed on this Wordpress Installation.
Here’s what it shows after I click the Failed button.

Thank you first off. Secondly, I am uploading the folder manually after unzipping.
Is there an installation process after upload of the folder?

Downloading installation package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce.3.9.3.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Just upload the folder, and you’re done!
I tested this with a “Very simple SSL” plugin and sure enough, it works

If a plugin fails to install through WordPress’ admin area, the best way to work around that is by using WordPress’ official instructions on manual plugin installation:
