What I’m seeing is: in admin area (http://vda-minsk.epizy.com/admin) I can’t customize current theme. I see endless spinner. There are no errors in chrome console network tab though.

It worked in same configuration on other hosting
For my wp site it works. You may need to clear your cache or use another browser.
Or probably your WordPress is corrupted
Hey! I tried other browser - same problem. Also, I don’t think that wordpress is corrupted because the same files work well on other hosting.
The problem is with one theme. No errors printed when debug is true. I wonder, maybe it is not enough server resource or smth like that?
which theme does your wordpress use?

Looks like you theme is not installed properly. Try to remove and re-install the theme.
probably. I discovered that this theme was from 2015 and seems no longer presented in wordpress theme storage ((
But it is old website familiar to users and didn’t want to change design
