Did you install WordPress form softaculous or by uploading it?
If it was from Softaculous, try to reinstall it.
Otherwise it may just be a temp problem that will be fixed in a few hours…
That’s… not a particularly specific error message. Some ideas:
- Could you specify which plugins and themes you have tried?
- Which installation methods have you tried? Built-in store? Zip upload?

It also may be because you are trying to upload files larger than 10 MB.
Keep in mind that Infinity Free limit for a single file is 10 MB.
