IP address

Cpanel won’t allow me to login, stating that my IP address has changed. I went to the knowledgeable, asking how to find my account IP address. It gave me instructions which I followed. I obtained my main domain and applied it in Google’s Dig Tool. On response it gave me a whole lot of gibberish that i didn’t understand and not knowing how to use it.
Please explain what I am doing wrong
Thanks

I don’t really understand the following sentences, what’s the current problem?

Just to clarify, are you talking about the control panel not letting you log in, or Softaculous?

Also, the error message is referring to your IP address (which you can find in many different ways, for example by visiting http://whatsmyip.org ). That's the IP address your device is using to connect to the internet. That's not to be confused with your website IP address, which is what our server serves your website on.

The Softaculous won't allow me to login, stating that the IP address has changed. It used to allow me to. Something, I think, I did unintentionally caused this to happen. What can I do to fix it?
Thanks

Maybe something went wrong in the formatting of your response, but I only see the included quote and no new reply. What would you like to add?
